Pumpkin Party

Elliott had a great time at the pumpkin party tonight at school. At first, it looked like we just couldn’t fit this into our schedule, but it worked out and Jen and I were both very pleased that we made it. The mini-concert was a treat and Elliott had an excellent time carving pumpkins and singing songs.

    Wow–that’s a whole lotta pumpkins! But I couldn’t figure out what they were wearing on their heads… the Halloween toucan, perhaps? :)

    Yeah – I think it was supposed to be a buzzard. They sang a song about buzzards – which now in retrospect seems pretty weird, but I guess it followed a Halloween theme.
